The Roles


Branch Manager
The main responsibilities are to maximise the branch sales. Through effective leadership they provide the team with excellent customer service skills. They endeavour to reach and where possible exceed sales targets by presenting the stock and branch to a high standard.

Assistant Manager
The main responsibilities are to support the Manager with maximising sales. This is done through encouraging and motivating the team to provide excellent service. They also maintain the appearance of the branch and effectively manage the team.

Sales Assistant
This role needs to maximise sales through maintaining excellent service and retail standards. A Sales Assistant should work well in a team environment.

Uniform
All staff wear their own blue jeans and a white top. Every member of staff is issued with a blue denim apron to protect their own clothes and make them identifiable to the customers.
